2. Products
We make every effort to describe and photograph products accurately. Our products are made of natural wood, so grain, colour, and markings vary from piece to piece, and slight differences from photos are normal. Dimensions may vary slightly.
3. Pricing and taxes
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes (GST/HST) are added at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already confirmed.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order, and we may cancel it if an item is out of stock, there’s a pricing or listing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund.
5. Payment
Payment is due at checkout through the methods shown. Payments are processed by third-party providers.
6. Discount codes
Promo codes (such as the welcome offer) are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, can’t be combined with other offers, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Our wood products should be hand washed, kept out of dishwashers, and not soaked or exposed to extreme heat. Damage from misuse or lack of care isn’t covered by our warranty.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Ontario consumer protection law or any liability that can’t legally be excluded.
10. Intellectual property
All photos, text, logos, and designs on this site belong to The Wood Culture or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without written permission.
11. Website use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Ontario, unless consumer law gives you a right to a different forum.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
