30-Day Returns
You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Please email us at [your email] with your order number before sending anything back.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
1-Year Defect Warranty
We cover defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from delivery, such as joints separating or pieces coming apart under normal use. This doesn’t cover damage from dishwashers, soaking, extreme heat, misuse, or lack of care. Wood is a natural material, so slight variations in grain and colour are normal and are not defects.
Non-Returnable Items
Used, cut-on, or stained boards, and custom or personalized items (unless defective).
Refund Timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
